Happy Monday my loves . I’m back with another instalment in the Motivation Monday series. Today I am going to be speaking about the concept of the power hour. Initially introduced by renowned author and motivational speaker Tony Robbins, within the hour of power there are five pillars
- Leap gladly from your bed the moment you wake up
- Do some contemplative breathing (meditation focusing on your breathing)
- Do some exercise
- Create and repeat affirmations to guide you through your day (he suggests: ‘All the love I need is within me now’).
- Give thanks
These are all actions I am taking this week (I started this morning with blogilates morning workout) 🙂 and I am trying to incorporate these pillars into my current lifestyle in order to achieve my short term goals for the next 90 days or so.
